Our goal here at BMKNIVES is to satisfy our customers 100%. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase with bmknives.com, please send it back for a refund or exchange. You have up to 30 days after you have received the item to determine whether you would like to keep or return your product. There is certain obligations that we do have to obey our policy. All knives will be checked before shipping for blade play, blade center, lock-up to meet production knife standards.

If you merchandise is defected:
First of all, we do apologize that you have received defected merchandise. Please contact us and we will be glad to send you a pre-paid shipping label to your email address. Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect another product and ship it out to you. Manufacture defect or flaws does include blade play, blade center, lock issues.

Sending merchandise back for a refund:
If you decide to send your merchandise back for a refund. Please contact us and we will be glad to issue you a RA number and send you a pre-paid return label. However, since you have requested a refund, you will receive a refund less than shipping cost on your original order ($6.95).

Sending merchandise back for a exchange:
If you decide to send your merchandise back for a exchange for another product, because its just not what you had expected. Please contact us and we will be glad to issue you a RA number and you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. On exchanging your merchandise you will be charged exchange shipping ($6.95)

If your merchandise is personalized, I am sorry these items are not returnable. If there is a flaw in your product, please send your knife back to Benchmade for warranty.
